Dark Lantern Slith

Allow me to light up your night, if you know what I mean

Hmm... now what could they wan't out of this pairing... hmm... couldn't be... GLOWS?

When doing glows, it is highly recommended to scale up a good deal so that you have a decent margin of pixels for your glow to actually happen. If you actually tried to make them this size, the minimum glow would be... huge, to say the least. In order to PRESERVE said glow, you need to make a new layer above the glowing layer, then select both and hit ctrl + e to merge them. This will make your glow no longer editable, but it will look the same once you've scaled it back down again.

Notice the litty glows on some of the spots? Eh Eh? Referenced from the oske's cheeks? Well hmph. I thought it was clev.

The purple is obviously referenced from the soli parent, and some desaturated render clouds did a nice job of emulating the oske's smoky pattern.

And for those of you who scale up your breedings. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD copy-paste an original copy of the lineart back in when you're done. Scaling the lines up and back down changes them from this:

to THIS:

Don't think its a big difference? It IS. It definitely drops the look of quality in your breeding a good 20% or more. Trust me, the two seconds it takes to fix it is WORTH IT.

Looking back I'm not sure why I didn't give it the fox tail. I'm still happy with how it turned out. Maybe I figured I'd smothered it in enough other edits that it wasn't necessary.
